Freight must arrive at that airport at least 75 minutes prior to the scheduled flight.

How Next Flight Out Freight Works
With next flight out freight, your shipment is booked on the next available commercial airline flight that can accommodate the size and weight of your freight. Unlike charter aircraft, this service leverages scheduled airline routes, which helps control costs while still providing extremely fast transit times.
Once your shipment details are confirmed, we dispatch a vehicle to pick up directly from your business location. The freight is then delivered to the airline cargo facility, tendered for the scheduled flight, and monitored through departure and arrival. After landing, we coordinate pickup at the destination airport and arrange final delivery.
This end to end coordination allows us to provide true same day air freight and same day air cargo solutions nationwide. Please note, most departures later than the middle of the day will result in early next day delivery depending on airline flight schedules. The operating hours for the individual airport and airline cargo facilities will also play a part in the hours the delivery can be made. Also, if you prefer, please ask for a rate that allows you to collect from the destination airport which will reduce the rate somewhat as it eliminates the need for a courier at the arrival airport and delivering to the final location.

Please note it will typically take 45-90 minutes to determine if a company is a known shipper so please factor that into the overall transit time,
3. Transit Times Are Not Guaranteed
While same day air freight is the fastest option available, it is important to understand that commercial airline schedules control the movement. Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes can impact delivery times. We provide real time updates and proactive communication, but timing cannot be guaranteed.
4. Business Pickup Only
We must pick up freight directly from the business shipping location. Shipments cannot be dropped off at an airport or brought to us, and we cannot pick up from a residence or alternate location. This ensures compliance and smooth handling throughout the next flight out process.
