NFO freight services cut costs for shipments over 700 miles when compared with ground expedite services and still afford you the chance to make delivery same day with early morning pickup or next morning nationwide. We will typically need 4 hours lead time prior to the desired flight for the shipment.

Door to door services via the airlines

If you have smaller/lighter* freight such as machine parts, product samples, or critical orders that need to be shipped over 700 miles for same day or next day delivery, our Next Flight Out (NFO) services may be the ideal solution. At TEC we are positioned to manage such shipments no matter where in the country your shipment is located. (*NFO freight: Commercial freight door to door shipped via the airlines, freight can be be no larger than 36x36x36 and 200 lbs per piece)

How fast are NFO services? Here is an example of a typical shipment from Los Angeles to Chicago:

Los Angeles to Chicago 10.5 hours

Dallas to Seattle 9 hours

Local pickup in 1-2 hours  

Plus transit time to local airport. Freight must be presented to the airline at least one hour prior to scheduled flight

Freight will be cleared at destination airport and available for pickup by local courier in about 60-90 minutes

In this example a scheduled flight from Los Angeles to Chicago is 4 hours. Just check existing schedules.

Drive from airport to consignee

Local driver will collect from airport as soon as it is available and then drive direct to the receiver
