I found TEC online and had very good reviews. So I reached out for a quote not knowing that I was going to meet the deadline to get him the part. Within minutes I received a follow up to get the information with either a phone call or email. I was blown away that we could have this happen and with a reasonable price to do so.
The associate at TEC was in constant contact with me throughout the whole process. We were able to get this item delivered the very next day just after noon on a Sunday at the customer’s facility. The technician was able to complete his job and get back in time for the break.
This saved our company from any additional costs for travel back as well as any further lost production time that our customer would have been down to get another tech back.
