Do you provide services where I am?
If you are in the United States we can ship to and from any other point in the country and typically have carriers within a short distance of pickup ready to dispatch. We also ship to and from Canada (*we do not offer expedited trucking within Canada).
Do I need to set up an account with you?
No, we want to save you time and reduce complications whenever possible. We’ll gather key information about you, the shipper and receiver, then after processing payment via credit card we’ll handle everything for you and manage your expedited freight in next to no time right through to the on time delivery.
Are delivery times guaranteed?
No, they are not, because every possible event can’t be predicted, but we begin by providing you with very realistic and typical delivery times based on our experience. We then manage your freight throughout so that in the rare event of a delay (such as a vehicle breakdown) we will recover the freight with another vehicle to minimize the delay and keep you informed throughout.
Weather. accidents and traffic issues can impact transit times but we’ll do all possible to keep you up to speed no matter the situation. We’ll never put drivers or others at risk by using excessive speed or driving during unsafe weather.
Do you own your own trucks & aircraft?
No, we are a fully licensed expedited freight broker. As such we have access to a vast nationwide network of vetted expedited freight carriers and agents that we trust and can provide you cost savings on all shipments via the relationships we have. For air freight shipments we use the commercial airlines for lighter cargo and FedEx for heavier air freight.
Can you ship anything?
No there are a number of things we cannot ship such as vehicles, refrigerated goods, livestock, weapons, and precious metals. For further information or to ask questions please contact us to discuss in full.
