We are able to offer reliable expedited freight services anywhere within the USA. We also ship to and from (but not within) Canada. We operate throughout the lower 48 states and also provide air freight services to points in Alaska and Hawaii. This extended coverage allows us to pick up your freight within two hours of booking or have an expedited truck or van ready on-demand to meet your deadlines.

Air charter services depend on your nearest suitable airport and current aircraft inventory available. Nationwide air cargo services will be from any major airport and are door to door, we’ll take care of the ground legs with full same day or next day freight shipping services. 

At present we ship urgent freight anywhere in the United State and to/from Canada. For overseas shipments try contacting the major airlines that fly to/from the country or consider ocean freight forwarding depending on your timing needs. We will be adding international air freight services later in 2022. For international air freight we suggest you consider DHL, FedEx or Kuehne+Nagel,  

Most of the freight that we manage is time-critical as our customers require express pickup or at a specific time coupled with an on-time freight delivery. To provide these urgent solutions we specialize in rapid service throughout, from paperwork, payment and vehicle dispatch. Our entire network is designed to save you time once you give a shipment the green light and reduce transit time to the shortest possible duration while safely delivering your expedited freight whether a package, a crate or a pallet we can assist.

All of our shipments are via dedicated vehicles (exclusive use trucks and vans) and our nationwide network of carriers allows us to collect freight within 90-120 minutes in the vast majority of cases (*over 90% of the time) no matter the location. All of our expedited air cargo services except air charters are dependent on air cargo schedules and capacity which we will review with you in detail. To overcome scheduling limitations that come with scheduled air freight services we’re also able to offer nationwide air charter services. 

For all first-time customers we require that full payment is made prior to shipment by credit card via our secured payment gateway. We will immediately issue a receipt and the selected carrier is then instructed to dispatch the agreed/contracted vehicle upon completion of all paperwork such as the rate agreement. For returning customers credit card payment is preferred but we will consider terms strictly on a case by case basis following application and credit approval.

We are not unable to guarantee delivery times but instead provide you with good-faith realistic transit time estimates that we then expect to meet or exceed for the vast majority of all shipments. We can ship almost anything that fits into a dedicated vehicle although we typically ship heavier commercial freight so may not have the most cost-effective solution for smaller shipments but likely the fastest. Please note that you are reserving the entire van for whatever you are shipping so the cost may sometimes be prohibitive for smaller shipments and you may be better served by a courier company. Yes with some dimensional limits we can ship single pieces up to 225 lbs with the US based airlines providing you are a known shipper with the TSA and we’re picking up the freight from your business address. We can get the needed information to verify if you are a known shipper or work with our agents to get you known shipper status (*where possible) so that we can ship your freight ASAP. Our door to door same day air options remove all the work for you, we can dispatch a ground agent to typically collect the freight within 60-120 minutes and then tender to the airlines for the next flight out. At delivery the receiver can either pickup from the airport via the airline’s cargo facility or we can deliver direct to destination. We can ship up to 200 lbs via the airlines with certain size restrictions but only if the freight/package is being shipped by a known shipper with the TSA as we provide full door-to-door air cargo services. Unfortunately due to security reasons only known businesses and not private parties can ship same day via the airlines.  We can not ship luggage/clothing, personal items via the airlines.

No, we do not own any trucks, vans or aircraft. Nor do we add photo-shopped logos to actual vans, trucks and planes like other brokers sometimes do so that they may appear to be a trucking company. We’re simply a great team of brokers and logistics experts who know the best carriers to work with nationwide to help you overcome even the most challenging supply chain obstacles. 

No, and we have no plans to do so. We don’t hire drivers as we are an expedited freight broker.   

No we do not, but please contact us as crating/packaging may not be needed depending on the specifics of your freight & the vehicle used. 

No, we do not tow (provide power only) any freight or move vehicles, motorcycles, boats etc. We specialize in B2B time critical freight, whether you need to overnight several pallets of freight by ground or air or even a small box.
